1903-1977; Milligan taught at NDSU-Bottineau and lectured on the tribes of North Dakota. He was active in various organizations including the North Dakota Indian Affairs Commission.

This collection consists of the typewritten manuscript for Stoeser's autobiography Saga of a Prairie Teacher, which chronicled her life and career teaching in rural schools in North Dakota. This book was published in 1950.

The Grand Forks Central High School Improvement Project Community Advisory Committee Records contain materials regarding the plans for remodeling and adding on to Central High School, correspondence, various newspaper clippings, and a program from the dedication ceremony.

The Grand Forks College Collection consists of school catalogs, which include listings of faculty, students, and courses of instruction. The collection also contains pictures from various catalogs, an issue of the magazine Messenger of Grand Forks College, copies of the articles of incorporation, and a commencement program. Also included are several photographs depicting the college and its students.
