The second series consists of Stuart McDonald's personal collection of cartooning books. Included are compilations of a single cartoonist's work, anthologies containing cartoons by various artists, and biographies of distinguished cartoonists. Many of the books have been inscribed to McDonald by the authors. Also included are twenty one framed cartoons dating from 1923 to 1988. Many are originals, some are prints or posters, and most have been inscribed by the artist.
