Exhibit materials include a handwritten set of assembly instructions for a machine gun which concludes "Test firing: Load a 20 rd magazine and go to your nearest judge or IRS agent and fill him full of holes." Specific charges against the defendants included conspiracy to commit bank robbery and take hostages, conspiracy to impede and injure federal officers, and manufacturing of machine guns.
