Edison Farms was another farming operation near Larimore.  In addition to geographic proximity, the Edisons were related to the Larimore family, through Sarah (Moore) Larimore, the wife of Jameson Larimore I.  Elk Valley Farms had an extensive business relationship with Edison Farms.
