Scope and Contents

This scrapbook contains memorabilia from the college experience of Louis L. Bass, who attended the University of North Dakota from 1919 to 1922. He graduated from UND with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering. The memorabilia ranges from items such as sports scores, theater pamphlets, and songs, to records of membership and attendance at UND events. Bass also included a large amount of newspaper clippings which relate to events both on campus and in the city of Grand Forks. These events included things such as visitors to the university, contests being held, different university clubs and organizations, and sporting events. Also included are photographs of campus, other students, and events he attended.
