Beta Theta Pi Records
Scope and Contents
The Beta Theta Pi Records consist of two architectural blueprints. The first blueprint is an undated photocopy for the original house as designed by Theodore Wells, a Grand Forks architect. The actual blueprint is in the [url=https://apps.library.und.edu/archon/index.php?p=collections/controlcard&id=71]Wells Denbrook Architectural Records, OGLMC 1487[/url]. The second blueprint is for a new deck, added in 2000, by Simonson Lumber & Hardware.
