Scope and Contents

This collection is mostly photographs of the interior and exterior areas of United Hospital in Grand Forks. There are also photographs of interior spaces in the former Deaconess and St. Michael's hospitals, which merged to form United Hospital in 1971. In addition, there is an article about the opening of the hospital in 1976. The photographs were taken by Dr. Elwyn B. Robinson in 1976.

Scope and Contents The Bruflat Academy, Portland, North Dakota, records contain a manuscript with a brief history of the Academy from 1889 to 1918 written by Theodore Gilbertson. Bruflat Academy was one of the first advanced educational institutions in North Dakota. An addition to the collection consists of a textbook, History of the United States, which was used at the Academy.
