Scope and Contents

The Abraham Abrahamson Papers contain business records and ledger books of the Abrahamson family from the inception of the Grand Forks Grocery Company.  In addition, there are personal journals and notebooks from Abrahamson and from other family members.

Scope and Contents

The M.T. Lillehaugen Papers consist mainly of family correspondence (some in Norwegian) and political correspondence regarding the 1952 Republican National Convention to which Lillehaugen was a delegate. The collection also contains various newspaper clippings related to agricultural issues, state banking problems, prohibition, the death penalty, and compulsory military training in North Dakota schools of higher education. Four photographs are also included.
