1879-1889

This collection consists of two publications, both of which were created by Joseph E. Kyllonen. The first regards the proclamation of March 16 as St. Urho's Day in North Dakota. This proclamation was made by Governor Art Link. The second publication regards a class reunion at the Enterprise Consolidated School in Pelto, North Dakota, in June 1977.

The Emery G. Felt Papers consist of a newspaper clipping regarding Felt's career at UND.

The Alfred W. Gauger Papers consist of Gauger's publication, "The Influence of Inorganic Materials on Lignite Carbonization," as well as newspaper clippings regarding his research.

The Joseph C. Meyers Papers consist of autobiographical vignettes written by Meyers. The accounts relate to many subjects, including buffalo hunting, Indians, ranching, the Marquis de Mores, Theodore Roosevelt, Sitting Bull, the Battle of the Little Bighorn, and early settlements in western Dakota Territory. Some of the sketches include articles from western North Dakota newspapers. All of the material in the collection were duplicated on thermofax paper and are not of high quality.

This collection consists of a ten page, typed transcript of a diary kept by Richards in 1867. He spent that year involved in railroad construction near Junction City, Kansas.
