This sub-series relates to Search Group, a non-profit organization designed to improve the administration of justice in the United States. Vogel was an active member and served as chair of the group’s “Project Gavel: a National Trial Courts Systems Project.” This project sought to determine informational needs of trial courts, and to develop model functional requirements for use in manual and automated modes.
