This series includes correspondence relating to judicial matters of the Sixth Judicial District of North Dakota and the Supreme Court of North Dakota. Also included are materials relating to Nuessle's controversial role in the 1919 North Dakota Coal Strike. The files are arranged alphabetically by name of correspondent. The materials in the series date from 1919 to 1922 and from 1949 to 1950.
