Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains materials regarding Meredith Olson (1920-1979), a soldier in the 164th. This includes numerous photographs taken by him during the War. Olson placed these in a brown covered album titled "Photographs." These photographs were removed from their original photo album by his son, Bruce Olson. Care was taken to reproduce the handwritten transcriptions from the original. Photos from a second album, also entitled "Photographs," were also placed in this new album by Special Collections staff, as well as several loose photographs. Donated by Bruce Olson, Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 5, 2025 (2025-3547).
