United States v. George Lankford Powell, Jr., et al, Cr. 3-82-49. Conviction, upheld on appeal, for selling "bootleg" phonograph records in violation of copyrights held by Bruce Springsteen and other performers. Extensive detailed documentation relating to search warrants, describing the illicit recording of live concerts and production and sale of "bootleg" records from them. Complete trial documents including pre-trial motions, jury instructions, Judge Devitt's trial notes, and post-trial motions.
