The two act play tells the story of Billi Mills, an up and coming blues singer. She is at peace with her body image until she loses a gig based on her large-size figure. She then embarks on an exercise and diet routine with her best friend, Liz. Women with Wrinkles was written in 1992 and explores the relationship between a black woman and a white woman in a Southern nursing home. Also included is one folder of biographical materials, consisting of newspaper clippings from the Grand Forks Herald and the Dakota Student.
