Final Report of the Garrison Diversion Unit Commission, December 20, 1984

This series contains the Commission's final, published report, dated December 20, 1984. The report is 59 pages in length, and contains an executive summary, a synopsis of the Commission Plan, conclusions and recommendations, and six appendices. Also included is the supplement to the "Interim Staff Report on Issues and Alternatives," dated November 28, 1984. The supplement was the result of information requested by the Commission following public hearings and a business meeting held in Fargo on November 16-17, 1984.
