It includes notes and material on testimony before the U.S. Supreme Court in the North Dakota vs. Minnesota watershed case of Bois de Sioux, miscellaneous newspaper clippings and collected pamphlets from the United States, the State of North Dakota, and UND, dating 1914-1917.
