This single folder contains an ancestral chart and family historical information related to Louis Elie Benoit and Rose Anna Chouinard. Louis Benoit was born in Gentilly, Minnesota, on August 30, 1893; Rose Chouinard was born on August 26, 1899, also in Gentilly. The couple married on February 10, 1920, in Gentilly. They had two sons, Raymond Louis and Cyril Joseph, both of whom were born in Gentilly. Louis died on May 11, 1936, in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Rose significantly outlived him, passing away on November 9, 1970, in Gentilly. These documents were given to Dr. Virgil Benoit, who donated them to Special Collections. The original donor is unknown.
