From the Series:

This material consists of assorted documents and publications regarding the history of Rolette County, North Dakota. Included is information on several different Catholic parishes and the Queen of Peace Convent in Belcourt. Materials regarding the cities of Dunseith and Rolette, the Rolla Community Hospital, and historical sketches written by Marie Roberge about women who lived in the county are also included. Marie Roberge of Rolette, North Dakota, donated these materials to Dr. Virgil Benoit, who in turn donated them to Special Collections in April 2008 (2009-2952). Additional materials were deposited by Susan Roberge, Los Alamitos, California (via Myron Senechal of Bismarck), on August 4, 2017 (2017-3358).
