These are decisions written from non-jury cases heard and decided by Bakken. These are separated into seven categories: 1) Accidents resulting in personal injuries; 2) Criminal cases; 3) Driving Under the Influence Arrests; 4) Divorce/Child Support Cases; 5) Juvenile Cases; 6) Unemployment and Workers' Compensation cases; and 7) Miscellaneous. The cases within each category are arranged chronologically. The series covers the years 1968 to 1987.
